Our aim is to keep the community informed about the latest news and services offered by the village, utilizing various communication channels such as our website, television programming, printed materials, and social media platforms. Our goal is to ensure the efficient and timely dissemination of accurate information, collaborate with the media to enhance outreach, create educational materials for the community, and connect with them through outreach programs.

What We Do

  • Manage the Village's website and social media pages
  • Distribute news releases to local media and interested residents about Village news
  • Deliver information by email to email notification subscribers
  • Produce television programming for the Village of Burr Ridge Channel 6 (Burr Ridge's government channel)

  • Publish an online newsletter for all residents and businesses
  • Help resolve citizen complaints

Requests for Inclusion in Village Communications

The Village is limited to sharing information about the programs and events that are Village-sponsored, a program of a Village board/commission, or that of our government partners. We are unable to share information on the Village's website or through the Village's communications channels for local organizations or businesses.
