Water Billing

Under the current Village policy, all water accounts are billed on a monthly basis. All water bills may be paid at Village Hall during regular Village Hall hours or as follows: via mail, online, or through direct debit. Online registration, automatic deduction, and e-billing can be set up online after you've received your first bill. For your additional convenience, a drop box is available for payments; it is located at Village Hall next to the USPS drop box.

If you need to set up water service at your location, the water service application is available in the Forms section of our website. 

If you need to set up a final read request for your existing water account, the final read request application is available in the Forms section of our website. 

Water rates for the use of and service supplied by the Water Works System of the Village of Burr Ridge are outlined in the Village's Municipal Code in Section 58.01. 

The wastewater service charge is based on water usage recorded by water meters. The rates for all users of the sanitary system operated by the Village of Burr Ridge are outlined in the Village's Municipal Code in Section 59.41.

E-Billing is now available for receiving your water bill. The Village of Burr Ridge has partnered with InvoiceCloud for enhanced billing features such as paperless billing, AutoPay, and Pay by Text.  If you are interested in receiving your bill via email, click "Pay Your Invoice Online" and click on the “Register Now” button to create an account to manage your account and receive your bill online.

Please do not call the Village Hall to sign up for e-billing. You MUST register online using the above link.  You will receive an email confirmation when your e-billing account has been activated.

Please be advised that once you sign up for e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.  If you decide at a later date you would like a paper bill, you can manage your account online by going to the same link above and opting out of paperless billing.  Please contact utilitybilling@burr-ridge.gov if you have questions.
