The Village's Strategic Vision
The Board of Trustees met with staff to discuss the overall direction of the community, which has been adopted as the Village's Strategic Vision. A well-articulated strategic vision underpins the Village's basic mission, vision, and value statements. The Village Board of Trustees adopted the following strategic vision to set the foundation for what the Village does and intends to continue to value as an organization.
