Community Programs

The Burr Ridge Police Department is committed to serving our community by protecting and promoting the public's trust, confidence, and sense of safety and security. We realize police work does not just involve responding to calls for service, writing citations, or taking "bad guys" to jail. One way of working toward our common goal is to maintain easy communication access to the Police Department by our residents. All police agencies rely on information given to them to serve the community. To enhance this communication effort and sense of community, we have created community programs that serve a wide array of our population and have been carefully developed to help us outreach to our community.
